Geyser Replacement & Repair FAQs
❓ How long does a burst geyser replacement take?
A full SANS 10254 replacement takes between 2 to 3.5 hours from arrival. We carry replacement 100L, 150L, and 200L Kwikot geysers on our mobile response vehicles to complete the job same-day.
❓ What is included in your geyser replacement?
We install the new SABS-approved geyser, new high-capacity drip tray with external overflow pipe, dual vacuum breakers, 400kPa/600kPa pressure control valve, safety relief valve, electrical isolator connection, and an official PIRB Certificate of Compliance.
❓ Can you assist with our insurance claim submission?
Yes. We document the burst with high-resolution photos of serial plates and rupture points, provide an itemized insurance quotation and invoice, and supply the PIRB CoC for rapid insurer reimbursement.
